Let's say you're managing or coordinating with a team of 12 members in different locations, maybe in other countries.

You're on a business trip for a week or so. Each person sends email to you and also others in the team a few times a day, say (4) times. After (3) days you check your email and there's (144) messages, worse, there all mixed up with emails from all sorts of other people - Plus Junk Email.

Now you have to examine all emails individually and possibly reply individually to many. Some replies may need to go to several members of the team and you have to enter all the email address for each. Finally, just what do you do with all the messages, Store them, Junk them, Who knows.

How long does it take to find a message sent to you, or that you sent six months ago out of maybe (500) or more messages.

Whatever you do, it will take a long time.
It's inconvienient, but of course there's a solution.

With GMail, you need only ONE page in which the most recent (50) messages shown. Plus ONE CLICK to the 'Archive' and there's all the others, hundreds or thousands all neatly organized, and you can search for anything.
